I set up Meya Associates in 2016. I have extensive leadership and management experience in the public and not for profit sectors. I now work as a coach and a mediator specialising in family and work place mediation and seek with my clients to get the best possible outcomes for them. Through my coaching work I focus on developing performance, confidence and authenticity and work with people who have a wide range of presenting issues. I believe everybody has the ability to fulfil their potential.
I am a fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) with 20+ years of HR leadership, knowledge and experience and a proven track record of delivering transformational change. A trained and experienced Mediator and Coach: INLPTA (NLP) certified Master Practitioner. This means I have highly effective skills, knowledge and techniques to help you.
I work flexibly and informally and draw from a strong professional and ethical foundation. The values I subscribe to are truthfulness, integrity, trust, reliability, continuous learning, kindness and generosity. I have regular supervision and am fully insured.
As a coach I am trained and highly skilled in helping you identify the right role that you consider right for you. I use effective coaching skills, humour and compassion to get you where you want to be.
